Important Information

Additional fees may apply for travel, holidays, rush bookings, and characters that require attendants (such as masked or helmeted characters, or 3+ character events). Venue setup needs, special effects like body paint, and other factors such as child headcount, space, or weather may also influence pricing.

Our mermaids are transported to events using a wagon, so it’s important to have a clear path available for safe entry. Performers will arrive out of costume and require a private area to change into their tail before being wheeled into the party. Please note that if a mermaid character is wearing a wig, such as Ariel, she will not fully submerge underwater. Only our original mermaids who do not wear wigs are able to swim beneath the surface. For safety, we kindly remind families that our performers are entertainers, not lifeguards. They are not responsible for child safety in the pool, are not licensed lifeguards, and are not required to know CPR. A responsible adult or lifeguard provided by the client must always be present to supervise children during the experience.
