The Meet & Greet Experience is a simple yet magical way to add character entertainment to your celebration. Your chosen character will make a grand entrance, ready to delight with smiles, hugs, photos, and engaging one-on-one moments. It’s the perfect way to bring unforgettable magic to your event without the structure of a full party program.

  • Designed for smaller groups (under 10 kids)

  • A quick burst of magic with plenty of time for photos and hugs

  • Best for larger parties (up to 25 kids)

  • Allows more time for interaction, photos, and autographs

  • Ideal when you want a more relaxed pace but not a full structured party

Important Information

Additional fees may apply for travel, holidays, rush bookings, and characters that require attendants (such as masked or helmeted characters, or 3+ character events). Venue setup needs, special effects like body paint, and other factors such as child headcount, space, or weather may also influence pricing.

  3. Retainer – $50 per entertainer to secure your date

  4. Questionnaire – Share party details with our office

  5. Balance – Pay 2 weeks before your event

  6. Confirmation Email – Week-of final confirmation from our office

  7. Day-Before Check-In – Quick call or message with your performer

  8. Party Time! – Enjoy the magic 

  9. Post-Party Review - Let us know how we did on Google and Facebook!
